This article is the first of a series of three articles which I ll explain some basic principles and concepts of GPS. I am in this article I ll explain how GPS works, mainly so he won t be a secret anymore. I ll also mention some recent enhancements of the GPS system. First of all, GPS stands for Global Positioning System and usually refers to the GPS receiver. The process described above works well but is not accurate for several reasons as a sign of disturbance, weather and more. Differential GPS (DGPS) helps people correct inaccuracies. This is the development of base stations located on earth.
