GPS can be a better car the same as your neighbor next one. Although the GPS system, all basically do one thing, they come with tons of different components and prices. Select the best for you is a matter of understanding the market. This is also a problem understanding what your needs and wants are.

This will help you sort through all. That way, you 'll be able to buy the best car GPS for you and your needs.

Let's start by talking about who can do these things.

If the market is any indication, the best companies are Garmin, Tom Tom, and Magellan. They control nearly 90% of the car GPS market. Garmin is the top dog with 50% market share. Tom Tom and Magellan each have about 20% of market share.

I know there are a number of other car manufacturers GPS device. Personally, I will remain with the company.

Now, we are talking about the article II, and about how the GPS will run you.

The system of any vehicle GPS can show where you and tell you how to get back at where to go to vote. For years they t the cheapest voice guidance system to enter the name of the street and say, just something like, Turn Right.

In addition, the GPS base map you will be pre-programmed with a database before bringing a general purpose, the so-called Points of Interest, or POI s.

You can get a car GPS that can do all this and a little more for less than $150.

Some good possibilities to Magellan RoadMate 1200, which sold for $120 alone, or the Garmin Nuvi 200, or Tom Tom One, 3rd Edition.

All three entry-level equipment, I'll go to Tom Tom. Offer more features for the price.

General features you should pay more to get is: Bluetooth hands-free phone, some point routing, so you can enter more than one goal at a time, and real time traffic updates and weather.

You can get all this under $350!

Probably the best car GPS on the market (at least Consumer Reports thinks so - and so did I!) The Garmin Nuvi 760. Can be done is all about and much more.

If $350 is too much, then think about the Magellan Maestro 4.250. Provides many of these articles (and more) only $250. Under the $300 price range, I think Maestro 4.250 is probably the best in all your plans!

But even the Nuvi 760 is not in the market.

If you re looking for art, cutting edge technology, it seemed only Garmin II. Tom Tom and Magellan just not competitive in this market.

But if you want anything, then you need to think about Garmin Nuvi 880! At only $900 can do everything except osheni socks.

All you need to do now is get information on the site where you can access personal GPS and saw their prices. That you can find the best way for your car GPS budget and your needs.
