Since we re-use the computer all the time to do our job, let's make it easy to add a bunch of phone. When calling someone using VoIP, you can use the phone and ADAPTER. Just as we use cell phones to call POTS (plain old telephone service), the Adapter is a device that connects the telephone network. The VoIP phone is a phone number in the caller's call.

Good things and bad
